MANGO — a heavenly delight!
In my garden began to sing mango and I decided to tell you about this delicious fruit and show beautiful parks, where to grow these wonderful fruits.
MANGO belongs to the flowering plant family anacardiaceae. These fruits are grown in areas of tropical climate. Depending on the variety, the fruit reaches up to 2 pounds of weight. The mango fruit is very sweet.
In Bolivia, as in all countries where growing this fruit, MANGO many varieties: plain mango, mango rose, mango giant and mango mixed with other fruits – banana, Apple, melon, pineapple, papaya… all its distinctive flavour, its shape and its color.
My tree — mango rose, this variety is my favorite. The season begins in late October and late fruits may be in early January.

The combination of vitamins and minerals this fruit makes it possible to use it to prevent cancer. Triterpen and some other substances contained in MANGOES have anti-tumor properties.
Ripe fruit, as a valuable source of vitamin A, will help with eye diseases.
In folk medicine MANGO saves from diarrhoea, chronic dyspepsia, dysentery, constipation and hemorrhoids, prevent stagnation of bile.

MANGO and cooking
MANGO is eaten both ripe and green.
Immature fruits are eaten with salt, just as well they come to fish and meat.
Mature fruits are often eaten without cooking. In salads, snacks, desserts. Made of MANGO puree, make juices, drinks and cocktails.
